Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, depending on the condition of the item, how long you've had it, and the method of purchase. This timeline starts once the returned item is received by our Returns Department.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are generally processed based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Credit Card Payments: Refunded to your credit card.
- PayPal Payments: Issued through PayPal.
Remember, you still need to return the items within 30 days.
Will I Be Refunded Any Return Postage Costs?
Return Postage:
Unfortunately, AllPetSolutions does not offer refunds on return postage costs unless you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective item.
When Return Postage Is Covered: We will offer to collect your item in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect item.
- You received a damaged item.
- You received a defective item.
- The item does not match its description.
In such cases, we'll arrange for the return using a prepaid carrier. Please contact us, and we'll make arrangements.
Partial Refunds or Reduced Refunds
For a full refund, the returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received. If the item is not returned in new condition, the refund may be reduced, or a partial refund may be issued.
Once a returned item has been processed by our Returns Department, we cannot send it back to you.
