If you have received a damaged or faulty item and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, you can do so through our returns portal. Please start your return request on the item you wish to return.
If the product is faulty or becomes faulty within the warranty period, please raise a support ticket with our customer service team. We’ll be happy to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to Get Help
To assist you efficiently, please provide:
- Your order ID.
- A clear image or video of the issue you’re experiencing, so our customer service team can assess the situation and advise you on next steps.
Important Notes
Non-Faulty Products:
We will not refund products that are tested and found to be in good condition at our warehouse. If a product is not faulty upon testing, it will be returned to you, and there may be charges for collection and return.Refund Eligibility:
We can only issue a refund for returns within the 30-day return period. If the item is within the warranty period, we can assist with replacement parts but will not be able to issue a refund.Unclaimed Returns:
If an item, whether faulty or unwanted, is returned and not claimed within 30 days of us receiving the item, it will be destroyed without replacement or refund.
