To track your order, follow these steps:

  1. Locate Your Order Confirmation Email:

    • In the email, you’ll find the courier your order is being shipped with, along with the tracking number for your parcel.
  2. Use the AllPetSolutions Tracking Portal:

    • Go to our Tracking Portal on the website.
    • You will need your order ID and one of the following:
      • Email address
      • Postcode
      • Contact number
  3. Track Through Your Account:

    • Log into your AllPetSolutions account.
    • Navigate to the My Account section (top right corner).
    • Under your recent orders, you’ll find the tracking information for each order.
  4. Courier Information:

    • We primarily use Amazon Shipping and Royal Mail for deliveries.
    • If you selected the Click and Drop delivery option, which is managed by Royal Mail, you can track your parcel by searching for the consignment number on the Royal Mail Website.
